Pre-Owned Warranty

7-Day Protection

Pre-owned Gadget Sensei PH units are covered by a 7-day warranty protection period for accepted functional defects found after purchase.

Important: Valid only with no physical damage, no liquid exposure, and no unauthorized repair, opening, modification, or tampering.

LBC Shipment OnlyWe cover the return shipping fee for approved warranty customers through LBC only.

Brand New Warranty

1-Year Warranty

Brand new devices purchased from Gadget Sensei PH include 1-year warranty coverage for valid manufacturer or functional defects, subject to inspection and warranty validation.

Important: The same protection rules apply. Warranty is not valid for physical damage, liquid exposure, misuse, unauthorized modification, or tampering.
Defect ProtectionCovers accepted device issues that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
Inspection FirstAll claims are reviewed and inspected before approval, replacement, repair, or return shipping support.
Proof of PurchaseOfficial receipt must be presented for warranty validation.

What defects may be accepted?

Warranty coverage is focused on genuine functional issues. Final approval depends on inspection results and warranty eligibility.

Common accepted issues

  • Device will not power on due to confirmed internal defect.
  • Charging issue caused by an internal or port-related defect, not dirt, damage, or misuse.
  • Touchscreen, display, or line issues not caused by drops, pressure, dents, or liquid exposure.
  • Camera, speaker, microphone, button, Wi-Fi, or signal issue caused by confirmed functional defect.
  • Battery or sudden shutdown issue confirmed as a warranty-covered fault.

Not covered

  • Cracked screen, dents, bent body, broken glass, scratches, or damage caused by dropping.
  • Liquid exposure, moisture indicators, corrosion, or water-related damage.
  • Unauthorized repair, opening, modification, parts replacement, or tampering.
  • Software issues caused by jailbreak, beta software, unofficial reset, account lock, or user-installed apps.
  • Accessories, freebies, cosmetic wear, battery wear from normal usage, and issues caused by misuse.
Pre-Owned Policy Details

Pre-Owned Device Warranty & Replacement Policy

For pre-owned devices, customers are entitled to a 7-day replacement policy from the date of purchase. This is for valid concerns only and remains subject to Gadget Sensei PH inspection.

7-Day Replacement PolicyIf the device has a valid issue within 7 days, Gadget Sensei PH may replace it with the same unit/model or an equivalent available unit.
Replacement OnlyThis is not refundable. No cash refund will be issued once the item has been purchased.
Shipping Fee CoveredFor valid warranty claims, Gadget Sensei PH will cover the shipping fee back and forth for the customer.
1-Month Service WarrantyAfter the 7-day replacement period, the device is covered by a 1-month service warranty for free manual labor/service only. If parts need replacement, the customer shoulders the cost of parts such as battery, charging port, speaker, or other components.
Human Error / Customer-Caused DamageIf damage is caused by human error or customer misuse, the warranty is voided. The customer may still request repair assistance, but parts and other possible costs will be shouldered by the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
  • iOS update issues, broken LCD or screen damage, and water damage
  • Physical damage, accidental damage, customer misuse, and human error
  • Unauthorized repair or tampering, or any issue caused after receiving the device
Final HandlingValid concerns will be handled through replacement or service warranty, depending on the warranty period and issue.

Submit proof of issue

Provide photos or videos showing the defect. This helps us check if the concern is eligible for inspection.

Inspection period

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and may take up to 7 business days.

Approval decision

If approved, we will advise the next step depending on the issue, such as repair, replacement, or other warranty action.

LBC shipping only

For approved warranty customers, Gadget Sensei PH covers the return shipping fee via LBC only.

Receive update

We will update you once inspection is complete and the approved warranty action is ready.
