By visiting our website, contacting our official channels, placing an order, making a payment, reserving an item, submitting a device, or purchasing from Gadget Sensei PH, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing any transaction.

Gadget Sensei PH sells gadgets and related products, including iPhones, Apple devices, Android devices, accessories, and other consumer electronics. We may also offer related services such as device checking, trade-ins, buy-and-sell transactions, repair assistance, upgrade support, delivery coordination, and customer support.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product details, photos, prices, descriptions, specifications, inclusions, warranty coverage, and availability.

However, product details may change without prior notice due to stock movement, supplier updates, pricing changes, market conditions, typographical errors, or system errors.

Product photos may be used for reference, marketing, or actual-unit presentation. For pre-owned, open-box, or second-hand items, the actual condition may vary per unit. Customers are encouraged to request actual photos, videos, battery health, cosmetic condition, storage, color, model details, inclusions, and warranty coverage before purchasing.

Gadget Sensei PH reserves the right to correct any error in product information, pricing, availability, or transaction details before confirming an order.

3. Product Condition

Products may be brand new, pre-owned, second-hand, open-box, refurbished, supplier-sourced, personally sourced, or trade-in units, depending on the specific item or listing.

The condition of each item will be disclosed as accurately as reasonably possible before sale. For pre-owned or second-hand devices, normal signs of use may be present, including minor scratches, small dents, cosmetic marks, battery wear, or signs consistent with prior ownership.

Unless expressly stated in writing, accessories, boxes, chargers, cables, adapters, original receipts, warranty cards, and other inclusions are not automatically included.

4. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before completing a purchase, the customer is responsible for reviewing the item details, price, condition, inclusions, warranty coverage, payment terms, delivery details, and applicable policies.

Customers are encouraged to ask questions before confirming an order, especially for pre-owned, open-box, or second-hand devices.

For in-store purchases, customers are encouraged to inspect and test the unit before payment. Once the customer has inspected, accepted, and paid for the item, the sale is considered confirmed, subject only to the applicable warranty terms, consumer rights, and these Terms and Conditions.

5. Orders and Reservations

An order is confirmed only when accepted by Gadget Sensei PH.

For selected units, Gadget Sensei PH may allow reservations. A reservation may require a reservation fee or deposit. The reservation amount, period, deadline, and refundability will be stated at the time of reservation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reservation fees are intended to hold a specific unit for a limited time. If the customer fails to complete payment, pickup, or delivery arrangements within the agreed period, Gadget Sensei PH may cancel the reservation and release the item for sale to other customers.

Reservation fees may be non-refundable if the customer cancels, fails to complete the transaction, provides incorrect information, or does not proceed within the agreed reservation period. If Gadget Sensei PH is unable to provide the reserved item due to our fault or unavailability, we may offer a refund, replacement option, store credit, or another reasonable arrangement.

6. Pricing

All prices are stated in Philippine Peso unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier pricing, market movement, item condition, availability, promotions, exchange rates, or operational costs.

The final price applicable to your order is the price confirmed by Gadget Sensei PH before payment, unless a clear typographical, listing, system, or pricing error is discovered.

Gadget Sensei PH reserves the right to cancel or correct transactions affected by obvious pricing errors, incorrect listings, unauthorized discounts, or system issues.

7. Payment Terms

Gadget Sensei PH may accept payments through PayMongo, bank transfer, e-wallet, cash, or other payment methods made available by the business.

For online payments, customers may be directed to a PayMongo payment link, checkout page, or other supported payment channel.

Payment is considered received only after it has been successfully confirmed by Gadget Sensei PH, PayMongo, the bank, e-wallet provider, or the relevant payment processor.

Customers must ensure that all payment details are correct before completing payment. Gadget Sensei PH is not responsible for delays, failed payments, incorrect transfers, wrong account payments, duplicate payments, or payment issues caused by customer error, bank issues, e-wallet issues, payment processor issues, internet connection problems, or incorrect payment information.

8. PayMongo Payments

When a customer pays through PayMongo, the payment may be subject to PayMongo’s own terms, privacy policy, payment review, security procedures, and processing rules.

Gadget Sensei PH does not store the customer’s full card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials. These details are handled by PayMongo or the relevant payment provider.

Gadget Sensei PH may receive limited payment-related information such as payment confirmation, transaction reference number, payment method type, payment status, payment date, and amount paid.

If a payment is flagged, delayed, reversed, disputed, charged back, or held for review by PayMongo, a bank, e-wallet provider, or another payment processor, Gadget Sensei PH may delay order release, pickup, or delivery until the payment is fully verified and cleared.

9. Proof of Payment and Verification

Customers may be required to submit proof of payment, valid identification, authorization documents, or other supporting details for verification.

This may be required for high-value purchases, online orders, nationwide delivery, third-party pickup, payment disputes, suspected duplicate payments, chargeback prevention, or suspicious transactions.

Gadget Sensei PH reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or hold any transaction if payment cannot be verified or if the transaction appears fraudulent, unauthorized, unsafe, incomplete, or inconsistent with our policies.

10. Delivery Coverage

Gadget Sensei PH may offer delivery and shipping nationwide within the Philippines.

Delivery availability, shipping method, delivery timeline, courier availability, shipping fees, insurance options, and other delivery conditions may vary depending on the customer’s location, item value, courier coverage, weather, logistics conditions, holidays, and operational availability.

Delivery fees, courier charges, insurance fees, packaging fees, same-day delivery fees, and related costs may be charged separately unless expressly included in the confirmed order.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including full name, mobile number, complete address, landmarks, recipient details, and special delivery instructions.

Gadget Sensei PH is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, unreachable customers, failed delivery attempts, courier delays, weather, traffic, holidays, logistics disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Delivery, Pickup, and Release of Items

Orders may be picked up at our shop or delivered through available courier or logistics options.

For high-value items, Gadget Sensei PH may require identity verification, payment verification, video confirmation, valid ID, signed acknowledgment, delivery confirmation, or other security measures before releasing the item.

For customer-booked couriers, riders, or pickup representatives, the customer assumes responsibility for the chosen courier, rider, or representative once the item has been properly released to them.

For Gadget Sensei PH-arranged delivery, we will take reasonable steps to properly pack and hand over the item to the courier. Customers must inspect the package upon receipt and report visible damage, tampering, missing items, wrong items, or delivery issues as soon as possible, preferably on the same day of delivery.

For added protection, customers are encouraged to choose insured or reliable delivery methods for high-value items.

12. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before payment or before the item has been prepared, reserved, released, picked up, or handed over for delivery.

Once an order has been paid, prepared, reserved, released, picked up, delivered, or handed over to a courier, cancellation may no longer be allowed except when required by law, agreed in writing, or approved by Gadget Sensei PH after review.

If a cancellation is approved, refunds may be subject to payment processor timelines, bank processing timelines, verification procedures, and applicable non-refundable charges, if any.

Gadget Sensei PH may cancel an order if the item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the customer provides incorrect information, the customer fails to complete payment or pickup, the transaction appears suspicious, or fulfillment becomes impractical due to circumstances beyond our control.

13. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Gadget Sensei PH handles returns, exchanges, replacements, repairs, and refunds in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer laws, the item’s warranty coverage, and these Terms and Conditions.

Customers may not return or exchange an item simply due to change of mind, wrong model choice, wrong color preference, wrong storage preference, buyer’s remorse, accidental purchase, compatibility mistake, or failure to review product details before payment.

If a product is proven to be defective, faulty, or materially not as described, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another resolution depending on the specific case, item condition, warranty coverage, inspection result, and applicable law.

All return, exchange, repair, refund, and warranty requests are subject to verification and inspection.

14. Official Receipt Requirement

An official receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for warranty validation.

Warranty coverage starts from the date of sale to the end customer, based on the official receipt or valid transaction record.

Gadget Sensei PH may refuse warranty claims if the customer cannot provide the required official receipt, proof of purchase, or transaction details necessary to verify the sale.

15. Warranty Inspection

All warranty claims are subject to inspection.

Inspection may take up to 7 business days, depending on the issue, item condition, inspection queue, parts availability, supplier coordination, courier timelines, and other relevant circumstances.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically mean the claim is approved. Warranty approval depends on inspection results, warranty eligibility, item condition, cause of issue, proof of purchase, and compliance with the warranty terms.

After inspection, Gadget Sensei PH will advise the customer of the applicable action, which may include repair, replacement, service warranty support, supplier coordination, return shipping support, or denial of the claim if the issue is not covered.

16. Pre-Owned Device Warranty

Pre-owned Gadget Sensei PH units are covered by a 7-day warranty protection period for accepted functional defects found after purchase.

For pre-owned devices, customers may be entitled to a 7-day replacement policy from the date of purchase for valid concerns, subject to Gadget Sensei PH inspection and approval.

If the device has a valid issue within the 7-day period, Gadget Sensei PH may replace it with the same unit, same model, or an equivalent available unit, depending on stock availability and the nature of the approved concern.

For pre-owned devices, this policy is generally handled through replacement or service support. It is not a cash refund policy, unless a refund is required by law or approved by Gadget Sensei PH after review.

Warranty is valid only if there is no physical damage, no liquid exposure, no unauthorized repair, no opening, no modification, no tampering, and no customer-caused damage.

17. One-Month Service Warranty for Pre-Owned Devices

After the 7-day replacement period, pre-owned devices are covered by a 1-month service warranty for free manual labor or service only, subject to inspection and warranty eligibility.

If parts need to be replaced, the customer will shoulder the cost of parts, including but not limited to battery, charging port, speaker, screen, camera, buttons, or other components.

The 1-month service warranty does not cover parts replacement costs, customer-caused damage, physical damage, water damage, software issues caused by user action, unauthorized repair, tampering, or misuse.

18. Brand-New Device Warranty

Brand-new devices purchased from Gadget Sensei PH include 1-year warranty coverage for valid manufacturer or functional defects, subject to inspection and warranty validation.

Brand-new warranty coverage may be handled through manufacturer warranty, supplier warranty, store assistance, or another applicable warranty channel depending on the specific item, source, and warranty terms provided at the time of sale.

Warranty does not apply to physical damage, liquid exposure, misuse, unauthorized modification, tampering, accidental damage, user-caused software issues, or issues outside the applicable warranty coverage.

An official receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for warranty validation.

19. Accepted Warranty Issues

Warranty coverage is focused on genuine functional issues that are not caused by customer misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, tampering, or excluded causes.

Examples of issues that may be accepted, subject to inspection, include:

A device that will not power on due to a confirmed internal defect.

A charging issue caused by an internal or port-related defect, not by dirt, damage, misuse, or incompatible accessories.

Touchscreen, display, or screen line issues not caused by drops, pressure, dents, cracked glass, liquid exposure, or mishandling.

Camera, speaker, microphone, button, Wi-Fi, or signal issues caused by a confirmed functional defect.

Battery or sudden shutdown issues confirmed as warranty-covered faults.

Final approval always depends on inspection results and warranty eligibility.

20. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover issues caused by or related to:

Cracked screen, broken LCD, broken glass, dents, bent body, scratches, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by dropping.

Liquid exposure, water damage, moisture indicators, corrosion, or any water-related damage.

Physical damage, accidental damage, customer misuse, human error, mishandling, pressure damage, improper storage, or improper charging.

Unauthorized repair, opening, modification, parts replacement, tampering, or third-party servicing.

iOS update issues, jailbreak, beta software, unofficial reset, account lock, user-installed apps, software conflicts, or software issues caused by user action.

Accessories, freebies, cosmetic wear, normal wear and tear, and battery wear from normal usage.

Issues that arise after the customer receives the device due to misuse, mishandling, unauthorized changes, or external causes.

If damage is caused by human error or customer misuse, the warranty is void. The customer may still request repair assistance, but parts, labor, shipping, and other possible costs may be shouldered by the customer.

21. Warranty Shipping Support

For approved warranty claims, Gadget Sensei PH may cover return shipping support through LBC only, based on the warranty terms stated in our Warranty Guide.

For valid pre-owned warranty claims, Gadget Sensei PH may cover shipping back and forth for the customer, subject to approval, eligibility, and the required LBC shipping process.

Shipping support applies only to approved warranty customers and only through the approved shipping method. If the customer chooses another courier, special shipping method, rush delivery, uninsured method, or non-approved shipping option, the customer may shoulder the additional cost or risk.

Gadget Sensei PH is not responsible for courier delays, loss, damage, failed pickup, failed delivery, or shipping issues caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist where appropriate.

22. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, the customer must contact Gadget Sensei PH through our official channels and provide the following:

Full name.

Contact number.

Order details.

Official receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Clear explanation of the issue.

Photos or videos showing the concern, if applicable.

Device details, including model and other relevant information.

After receiving the claim, Gadget Sensei PH will review the concern and may request additional details before accepting the item for inspection.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection for up to 7 business days. If the claim is approved, Gadget Sensei PH will advise the next step, such as repair, replacement, service warranty action, supplier coordination, or other applicable warranty handling.

23. Battery Health and Pre-Owned Device Limitations

For pre-owned iPhones and other used devices, battery health may vary and may decrease over time depending on usage, charging habits, age, temperature, settings, apps, and software updates.

Battery health disclosed before purchase is based on the available reading or inspection at the time of checking. Gadget Sensei PH does not guarantee that battery health will remain the same after purchase.

Minor battery health changes, normal battery wear, expected performance changes, and battery aging in pre-owned devices are not automatically considered defects unless confirmed as a warranty-covered fault after inspection.

24. Software, Accounts, and Activation

Customers are responsible for setting up and maintaining their own Apple ID, iCloud, Google account, email, passwords, app accounts, banking apps, e-wallets, and other personal accounts.

Gadget Sensei PH is not responsible for forgotten passwords, locked personal accounts, disabled Apple IDs, account recovery issues, app restrictions, third-party app bans, software changes, user-caused activation problems, or account-related issues after purchase.

For trade-ins, buy-and-sell transactions, device checking, repairs, or warranty submissions, customers must remove personal accounts, disable activation locks, sign out from iCloud or Google accounts, and confirm that the device is lawfully owned and free from restrictions.

25. Device Checking, Repairs, and Service Assistance

Gadget Sensei PH may offer device checking, repair assistance, diagnostics, or coordination with service partners.

Any diagnostic result, estimated repair cost, repair timeline, or service recommendation is based on available information at the time of checking and may change after deeper inspection.

Repair services may involve risk, especially for devices with prior repairs, water damage, board issues, unknown history, third-party parts, or hidden defects.

Gadget Sensei PH is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, data loss, worsening of conditions due to prior damage, or problems discovered only after inspection, unless caused by our proven fault or negligence.

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting any device for checking, repair, trade-in, resale, or warranty review.

26. Customer Data on Devices

Customers must back up, remove, erase, or secure all personal data before submitting a device for repair, checking, warranty review, trade-in, or resale.

This includes photos, videos, messages, contacts, documents, passwords, Apple ID, iCloud, Google accounts, banking apps, e-wallets, emails, social media accounts, and other personal information.

Gadget Sensei PH will not intentionally access, copy, transfer, disclose, or use personal files stored on a customer’s device unless necessary for the requested service and with the customer’s knowledge or consent.

Gadget Sensei PH is not responsible for loss of data if the customer fails to back up, erase, remove, or secure personal information before service, checking, trade-in, resale, or repair.

27. Trade-Ins and Buy-and-Sell Transactions

Gadget Sensei PH may accept trade-ins and buy-and-sell transactions at our discretion.

Initial quotations may be based on customer-provided information, photos, videos, declared condition, model, storage, battery health, market value, and other details. Final valuation is subject to physical inspection and verification.

The final offer may be lower than the initial quotation if the device has undisclosed damage, repair history, account lock, unpaid balance, blacklist issue, fake parts, battery issue, screen issue, functional issue, cosmetic damage, missing accessories, or inaccurate information.

By submitting a device for trade-in or sale, the customer confirms that they are the lawful owner of the device and that the device is not stolen, lost, pawned, encumbered, under dispute, subject to unpaid obligations, or restricted by another party.

Gadget Sensei PH reserves the right to refuse any trade-in or buy-and-sell transaction.

28. Installments, Financing, and Third-Party Payment Options

If Gadget Sensei PH offers installment options, financing, buy-now-pay-later arrangements, credit card installment options, or third-party payment plans, these may be subject to separate approval, terms, fees, interest, penalties, and requirements of the relevant bank, payment provider, financing partner, or service provider.

Gadget Sensei PH is not a bank, lending company, or financing provider unless expressly stated.

Approval, rejection, billing, penalties, installment schedules, financing charges, payment reminders, and financing disputes may be handled by the relevant third-party provider.

Customers are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any installment or financing arrangement before proceeding.

29. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, vouchers, bundles, freebies, and special offers are subject to availability, promo period, item eligibility, and specific promo mechanics.

Promos may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Gadget Sensei PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions due to stock limitations, pricing errors, abuse, fraud, operational needs, or other valid reasons.

30. Customer Conduct

Customers agree to communicate respectfully and provide accurate information when transacting with Gadget Sensei PH.

Gadget Sensei PH may refuse service, cancel transactions, block accounts, or report activity when a customer engages in fraud, harassment, threats, abusive behavior, fake payment submissions, false claims, repeated bogus orders, chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment methods, submission of stolen devices, or other unlawful or harmful conduct.

31. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Safety

Because Gadget Sensei PH deals with high-value gadgets, we may conduct verification steps before releasing an item or completing a transaction.

This may include verifying payment, checking ID, confirming delivery details, reviewing proof of payment, validating device ownership, recording transaction details, requiring pickup authorization, or refusing suspicious transactions.

We reserve the right to delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any transaction that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, unsafe, incomplete, suspicious, or inconsistent with our policies.

You may not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy content for commercial misuse, upload malicious code, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or use our website in a way that may harm Gadget Sensei PH, our customers, or third parties.

Third-party trademarks, including Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Android, Facebook, PayMongo, and other brand names, belong to their respective owners. Their use on our website or channels is for product identification only and does not imply official endorsement unless expressly stated.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gadget Sensei PH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, delay, unavailability, or inability to use our products, services, website, payment channels, courier services, or third-party services.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service involved in the claim, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit customer rights that cannot be waived under Philippine law.

35. Third-Party Services

Our transactions may involve third-party services such as PayMongo, banks, e-wallet providers, couriers, delivery riders, repair partners, suppliers, social media platforms, website hosts, analytics providers, and other service providers.

These third parties may have their own terms, fees, privacy policies, processing times, limitations, and procedures.

Gadget Sensei PH is not responsible for third-party delays, system errors, outages, declined payments, account restrictions, courier issues, platform policies, or service failures beyond our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when appropriate.

36. Privacy

Your use of our website, official channels, payment links, and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
